Clinical Coverage Policy 11A-15, Hematopoietic Stem-Cell Transplantation for Solid Tumors of Childhood, has been revised. The revisions, which will become effective Aug. 1, 2018, will add coverage criteria for the following:
- Tandem autologous stem-cell transplants for high-risk neuroblastoma, and,
- Single autologous stem-cell transplant for metastatic retinoblastoma.
