NC Medicaid has developed a general overview and topic-based webinar series that will educate providers to effectively support their transition to Medicaid Managed Care. General webinars are designed to give providers an overview of major changes and important things to know while the focused, topical webinar series will offer a deeper dive on specific topics.
The first webinar in the series, Managed Care Transformation 101 (MCT 101) will be held Mar. 28, 2019 from 12 – 1 p.m. The registration link is now active. This webinar will offer a high-level overview of the NC Medicaid Transformation for providers. Content is designed to cover the vision and context for Medicaid Transformation, overview of key initiatives, a deep dive into managed care and opportunities for provider engagement.
Following the webinar, the presentation, recording, transcript and question and answer summary will be posted to the website as an archived reference for providers.
