To offset potential hardships due to COVID-19, for NC Medicaid and Health Choice providers who were due to re-verify their enrollment between the dates of March 1, 2020 and June 30, 2020, NCTracks has reset your re-verification due date to Sept. 13, 2020. The new reset re-verification timeline will be as follows:
- Initial letter with notification of re-verification due date will be generated on July 5, 2020.
- If a re-verification application is not submitted by Sept. 13, 2020, non-DMH health plans will be suspended.
- If a re-verification application is still not submitted by Nov. 2, 2020, non-DMH health plans will be terminated.
No provider action is required at this time.
