Following the Oct. 30, 2020, announcement that the NCTracks secure portal is live, providers are encouraged to submit qualifying COVID-19 related primary care services claims for reimbursement through the NCTracks secure portal.
Providers can also attend training to learn more about submitting qualifying claims through NCTracks. Remaining training dates are November 12, 17, 18 and 20. Click here for more information and to register for a training session.
The Job Aid (ORH COVID-19 Claim Submission) is located under the heading Claims Submission on the User Guides & Fact Sheets page. The Job Aid will also be accessible in SkillPort (the secure NCTracks Learning Management System) shortly. SkillPort can be accessed via the secure portal.
