Effective with date of service Jan. 1, 2021, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has identified the following new CPT and HCPCS codes as separately reimbursable in the ambulatory surgery setting.
- 30468 - Repair of nasal valve collapse with subcutaneous/submucosal lateral wall implant(s).
- 32408 - Core needle biopsy, lung or mediastinum, percutaneous, including imaging guidance, when performed.
- 76145 - Medical physics dose evaluation for radiation exposure that exceeds institutional review threshold, including report.
