New Health Management System Provider Portal
The Health Management System (HMS) Provider Relations team is excited to announce the launch of our new HMS Provider Portal. We are reaching out to providers who currently utilize our portal to notify them of the change and to offer a training session/demo of the new portal, which will be available for North Carolina providers on April 13, 2021. The login information you currently utilize will not change. Training sessions will be available April 28-29, 2021. Providers will be contacted via email based on their current access information.
The HMS provider portal is a secure, web-based application that allows 24-hour access to your claims listings. You can access the complete list of patients, claims and primary insurance information necessary to file claims to other carriers when a patient has health insurance that is primary to Medicaid. Benefits of the provider portal include accelerated recoveries, increased accuracy rate and real-time review and reporting.
