NCTracks is making process changes for how Private Duty Nursing (PDN) prior approvals (PA) are processed and reviewed starting on July 28, 2024.
New fields will be added to the NCTracks provider portal to support the process change for new submissions for PA requests. Training sessions to explain the changes will be held in June. Details on the training will be communicated through NCTracks provider announcements and on the NCTracks Provider User Guides and Training webpage.
