NC Medicaid has released the updated Advanced Medical Home (AMH) Provider Manual May 2024, which reflects all AMH program modifications and changes that impact provider contracts and operations. The AMH Provider Manual version May 2024 supersedes the prior version issued in April 2021 and is effective immediately.
