Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC)
The Medicaid program currently offers a set of care management services for at-risk children ages zero-to-five. The program coordinates services between health care providers, community programs and supports and family support programs. Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC) is provided by the local health departments.
Programmatic Guidance
The Program Guidance is used to assist Health Plans with providing additional resources that may be beneficial in managing CMARC programs.
