Virtual Office Hours

The Provider Services will conduct a series of Virtual Office Hours sessions with providers in early 2021. More information will be posted when available. 

These offer an interactive format for providers to have their questions answered. Providers are encouraged to submit questions in advance to Medicaid.virtualofficehours@dhhs.nc.gov for discussion during Virtual Office Hours.
