As stated in an NCTracks Notification on Nov. 18, 2020, NC Medicaid State Plan Personal Care Services (PCS) and Community Alternatives Programs (CAP) providers who render personal care-type services, are required to complete a secure survey regarding Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
The survey includes vital information regarding your readiness to participate in the EVV process, which is scheduled to launch Jan. 1, 2021. The survey lets us know if you have selected a vendor or will be working with Sandata, the State’s vendor. The deadline to complete this required survey has been extended to Dec. 7, 2020.
