In addition to the re-verification due date extension announced in Special Bulletin COVID-19 #16, and to continue to offset potential hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic for North Carolina Medicaid and NC Health Choice providers, NCTracks has reset the due date for providers required to re-verify their enrollment between the dates of July 1, 2020, and Aug. 31, 2020.
A new Active Provider Recredentialing Due date spreadsheet will be posted as soon as possible for providers to confirm the new re-verification due date. Providers should continue to monitor their secure NCTracks Message Inbox for notifications and review the availability of the re-verification application in the appropriate section of their NCTracks Status and Management page.
No provider action is required at this time. For more information about the NC Medicaid re-verification process, see the NCTracks Provider Re-credentialing/Re-verification webpage.
