CAPC April listening session 20190321

The April listening session will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 by webinar along with an in-person participation option.

The April 2019 listening session will highlight the successes of waiver year two, Medicaid Transformation and solicit feedback from stakeholders about changes being made to the CAP/C Clinical Coverage policy and waiver application focusing on:

• Criteria for medical fragility and Level of Care (LOC)
• Waiver participation requirements
• Expansion of HCBS

If you do not have access to a computer, please call 919-855-4343 for assistance with registration. You will be provided a telephone and pin number to participate in the listening session. On the day of the webinar listening session, dial in using the telephone number and pin you were provided to activate your phone line, hear the discussion and offer comments during the listening session.

If you registered for the webinar, on the day of the webinar listening session, you must log into the webinar link to obtain the conference number. Once you have obtained the conference number, dial in using the telephone number and pin you are provided to activate your phone line and to hear the discussion and offer comments during the listening session.

You will have three options to make a comment:

1. Verbally state your comment - Telephone lines will be unmuted, and you may state your comment based on the three areas of focus listed above. Each speaker will be allotted two minutes.
2. Type your comment in the chat box – Place your cursor in the chat box window and begin typing your comment. The chat box will remain open through the duration of the listening session for you to type your comment based on the three areas of focus listed above. Your comment will be read out loud by a member of NC Medicaid in the order it was received.
3. Email or fax your comment to Medicaid.capc@dhhs.nc.gov or 919-715-0052. Your comment will be read out loud by a member of NC Medicaid.
