The delay in conducting assessments has slowed the generation of prior approvals for the continuation of PCS.

The December 2021 NC Medicaid Personal Care Services Public Health Emergency Uniform rates previously released in Special Bulletin COVID-19 #194 are being revised effective Dec. 1, 2021.
Effective Oct. 18, 2021, providers experiencing EVV user error claim denials will not be granted hardship advance.
Effective Nov. 01, 2021, all encounters subject to EVV will require an EVV visit history.
