Certain nursing facility claims recently reprocessed with EOB 10354 did not reimburse as expected

Effective May 15, 2022, technical changes were made to address access to care concerns.

Under NC Medicaid Managed Care, the nursing facility level of care is approved by the Medicaid beneficiary’s assigned PHP.
