As of the latest information made available on June 3, 2021, Medicaid is no longer able to cover Injection, Sincalide (Kinevac®) because the manufacturer is not participating in the rebate agreement with the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Professional and outpatient pharmacy claims submitted for the above listed HCPCS codes/drug products will deny as of June 3, 2021.
