On March 1, 2023, Beacon Health Options is changing their name to Carelon Behavioral Health. Per the vendor, this is only a name change and will not impact interactions and business in North Carolina.
While the vendor’s name is changing, there should not be any disruptions in service. All operations, policies and procedures will remain unchanged. Additionally, all existing phone numbers, emails, websites and portals will redirect with no new reregistration required.
