2026 Provider Experience Survey Open from March through May

Evaluates the influence of NC Medicaid Transformation on primary care and obstetrics/gynecology practices that contract with NC Medicaid.

Survey participation is crucial for practices and organizations that provide primary care and Ob/Gyn care.

The 2026 Provider Experience Survey is a statewide survey that evaluates the influence of NC Medicaid Transformation on primary care and obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn) organizations, practices and independent providers that contract with Medicaid.

Participation in this survey is vital to understanding how primary care and Ob/Gyn providers experience North Carolina’s Medicaid program and with Standard Plans. This survey aids in identifying areas for improving Standard Plan relationships with providers and reducing the administrative burdens of contracting with Standard Plans.

All organizations and practices that provide primary care and/or Ob/Gyn services should receive a phone call, email and paper survey by mail to participate in the survey in March or April of this year. For practices employed by a larger organization (e.g., UNC or Duke practices), the invitation will go to the organization’s central office.

The survey will remain open until May 2026.
