NCDHHS has launched a new Beneficiary Portal on the NC Medicaid website. The portal will serve as a centralized information resource center for current Medicaid beneficiaries and those wishing to apply for Medicaid benefits. It also offers information about Medicaid Managed Care, set to launch July 1, 2021.

Consent Form Expiration Date and Clarifications Related to Aug. 15, 2020 Policy Update
For facilities using a point-of-care antigen test device for detection of SARS-CoV-2, this is a reminder that providers are required by State Health Director Order to report all results, positive and negative, of diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
Following the Oct. 30, 2020, announcement that the NCTracks secure portal is live, providers are encouraged to submit qualifying COVID-19 related primary care services claims for reimbursement through the NCTracks secure portal.
DHHS has announced the launch of NC Medicaid’s managed care enrollment website, www.ncmedicaidplans.gov, in preparation for the launch of Medicaid Managed Care scheduled on July 1, 2021. Medicaid Managed Care open enrollment will begin March 15, 2021 and will continue through May 14, 2021.
