Please keep in mind that Ambassadors are volunteers, so response times may vary, and it could take a few days to reply. Holiday schedules are not shown in the table. Please call ahead before visiting. Some locations may not be available for walk-in visits.
Ambassadors that are listed as serving in “All counties” can help people in any county. These locations offer virtual (online or phone) help, not face-to-face visits.
If there are no ambassadors in your county or you do not hear back, you can visit the NC Navigator Consortium online or by calling 1-855-733-3711. They will help you apply for NC Medicaid for free.
